1973 "Iso" by ?

The chassis is well built, but some details indicate that it's not built by a "pro-builder".
Although the lack of plumber-hinge could mean it's some kind of economy version.
That would explain the missing "wrappings", the straight uprights etc.
One of the pans rear end has been slightly angled. Why?
